Article
Submission Guidelines

Announce
your articles available for publication
to our entire subscriber base of ezine,
newsletter and magazine publishers,
completely free.
We
will accept most article submissions,
however, we will not
accept any adult content, slanderous
or defamatory articles, articles promoting
spam, warez, chainletters, business
opportunities, hate, violence or discrimination
against any ethnic groups of any kind.
We
reserve the right to reject (delete)
any article submissions that we deem
to be inappropriate.
Submit
Your Articles
All of the groups are moderated and
articles will not be posted until
they're reviewed by the moderator.
However, subscribers that consistently
follow the guidelines will be given
unmoderated posting privileges.

NOTICE:
Due to the large number of
article submissions, the
posting guidelines will be
strictly enforced. Articles
that do not conform will be
rejected. To ensure that your
article is posted, you must
follow ALL of the guidelines.

| 1. |
You MUST be subscribed to the
Article Announcement list you
wish to submit.
|
| 2. |
You MUST be the author, or a representative
of the author, of any articles
you submit.
|
| 3. |
Publishing guidelines
MUST be included at the
TOP of your submission.
Example Guidelines:
You have permission to publish
this article electronically or
in print, free of charge, as long
as the bylines are included. A
courtesy copy of your publication
would be appreciated.

Author bylines
(resource box) MUST be
included at the BOTTOM
of the article and should not
exceed 6-8 lines.
Example Bylines:
About the Author:
Jane Smith is the author of "The
Secrets of Internet Marketing
Success." She has helped
thousands of individuals succeed
online. Visit her site to find
out how you can get a free consultation

Articles MUST be properly
formatted and submitted
in PLAIN TEXT
format. The standard acceptable
line-length is 60 - 65 characters
including spaces. You can format
your article online here.
In
addition, articles MUST
be single spaced.
If
you need assistance, click

Your article title
MUST be placed within your
email subject,
as well as with your article.
(Nothing else should appear in
the subject.)
|
| 7. |
Articles
may only be posted ONCE.
Do not post the same article
to any group more than one time.
It will be deleted. In addition
do not post more than
one article per group per day.
If more than one article is posted
within a 24-hour period, it will
be deleted without notice.

| 8. |
Articles may be posted to the
main Article Announce group and
any appropriate targeted
subgroups. Articles posted to
an inappropriate group will be
deleted without notice.

| 9. |
Article
corrections may be posted to the
groups by placing the word Correction
or Revised within the email
subject before your article
title.
|
| 10. |
Press
releases may be posted to the
groups only if they are formatted
as a press release
and follow the submission guidelines.

| 11. |
Article Requests may be posted
to the groups. However, you must
include the type of article you're
looking for and a submission email
address.
|
| 12. |
Do
not include any advertising within
your posts. Your author
bylines are sufficient. Articles
containing any advertising will
be rejected.

| |
You MUST be subscribed
to each group you post. However,
you can visit the group's
main page and opt to receive
no email.
Posting
Instructions:
You
can post an article to the
groups in one of two ways:
-
Visit your "My Groups"
page and post online:
http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups
- Paste
your article into an email
message and send it to
the groups "Post"
address. Keep in mind,
if you post your article
via email, you must send
it from the email address
you used to subscribe
to the group. In addition,
file attachments will
not be accepted.
To post your article:
1.
Submit your article to Articles
Submission Groups
and choose the appropriate
targeted subgroups
If
your article isn't approved,
you will receive notice (unless
it was a "sales letter"
or posted to an inappropriate
subgroup and was deleted).
Please
make sure you follow ALL of
the submission guidelines.
Once you understand how the
groups operate, and you continually
follow the guidelines, you
will be given unmoderated
posting privileges. This will
enable you to post articles
directly to the groups without
moderation.
